Tools:
- A Survey To select the 4 main competences, all partner send a proposal, to have at least 10 competences to prepare the google form survey to do 1 survey for every expert
- A FOCUS GROUP of 1/2 day meeting to analyze and concrete the proposal of core competences resultant from the survey with the same experts to
> analyses the survey results and select 4 competences
> propose contents for training module
> propose the best training methodologies for social competences

Activity 2 (A2): Define a training module contents for the acquisition of this core competences compatible with digital methodology
Purpose of the Activity
Necessary for the acquisition of the core competences compatible with digital methodology

A FOCUS GROUP of 1/2 day meeting with the same experts to define the training module related to the core competences selected in action and a pedagogical guide creation for trainers.

Activity 3 (A3): Generate a professional guide and enterprise recommendations for help on labor transition the GBV victims
Purpose of the Activity

Every partner country will organize a FOCUS GROUP 1/2-day meeting to define the following aspects of the professionals guide and
enterprises recommendations to hire GBV victims.
Activity Schedule: From February to April 2023
For these activities moreover the partners technical and researchers (2 persons per partner) we invite to take part into the FOCUS GROUPS, at least 3 per country to carry out the actions, at least 1 per category.
